Description
Teflon (PTFE) coating has good non-stick, wear resistance, corrosion resistance, high and low temperature resistance, it can work at -190°C~320°C temperature. If teflon is sprayed on the surface of the steel strip, it can be used in the continuous production of some viscous products, and the product can be easily separated from the mold. At present, teflon coating in black, green, white and brown-gray colors can be sprayed and sintered on the surface of the steel strip. The coating thickness is from 0.008mm to 0.025mm. The coating has very good adhesion and can be used for automatic production of aluminum plastic tube, full plastic tube and plastic bag, solar cell welding, image inspection and so on.
