Cotton Wrap Stretch Film

Cotton Wrap Stretch Film is used in cotton roll balers, which pick up cotton in the field and form bales.

Technical process:

1. Produce non-tacky film(inner layers for wrap) and tacky film(outer layers for wrap) by 5-layers extrusion blown film machine
2. Tape the 2 kinds of films in units by rewinding and splicing equipment

The Cotton Wrap is made of two segments:

1. The inner layers are a non-tacky film with particular properties which prevent cotton from sticking to the wrap.
2. The outer layers are a special formulated film which is tacky on one side only.

The combination of these two types of film ensures that the round module will hold its uniformity for transport and processing. The label separates each individual wrap on a roll, so the roll is made of 24 units wraps. Two types of specially designed tapes secure the tail of a wrapped module in tough conditions and minimize the risk of cotton contamination.
